Coming Soon

We are located in a veritable Eden, with forest, sea, solent and gin-clear, chalk streams within minutes of our doorstep.  Outside our windows, Beau brings us roe, fallow and sika from Cranborne estate’s herds.  Our feathered game comes from the scenic St.Clair’s  and our gaze is fixed on Chalk Stream Trout to supply us with fish for hot and cold smoke.
