Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We will always look to rectify the problem as soon as possible for incorrectly shipped or damaged goods but these must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Return of unwanted product
As we are delivering fresh produce, we are unable to routinely accept the return of goods if they are no longer required.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to ask for the product to be returned before any refund or replacement is undertaken. Any returns must be shipped in appropriate packaging to that in which it was delivered.
