
Cull ewe is richer in flavour than a lamb burger. We make ours unadulterated, with minced cuts from the shoulder, leg and breast. This blank canvas allows you to add your own creativity and it is a perfect foundation for everything from plain salt and pepper, rosemary and mint, to Moroccan spice, Carribean zest, curry spice or traditional barbecue seasoning. This is our most unctuous burger.
