By popular demand, this is a chance to try and compare a cross section of the steaks we offer. This includes a ribeye (at least 8oz), a sirloin (also at least 8oz) and our venison haunch steak (in excess of 6oz).
Our Ribeye, for it's marbling, is aged at a minimum of 42 days. Our Sirloin is taken that bit further, to give a different description of what the salt chamber does for our beef. To round out the Trilogy, we complete the box with a venison haunch steak from the Estate. This cut is our least aged joint and sits in harmony with the natural flavour of the steak.
Weight on individual steak will vary and the total weight will be over 622g/21 oz.
